OK My friends...Public Service Announcement. I know quite a bit about computers and technical support so please listen when I tell you: If some Indian with barely enough English to be understood calls you home or office and identifies himself as Technical Support and nothing else it is a scam! Next he will tell you that your computer is currently being hacked. That too is not true, they can't tell that without a lot of info from you first. This guy was adamant, he swore He knew my name and city so he must be right and he knew my computer was being hacked. After I hung up on him, he actually had the nerve to call me back. Please don't fall victim to one of these scams, these people are the true hackers and they will take you and damage your computer. Be very careful.
